While you are at it, do yourself one too. A fellow blogger by the name of Dawnie has written and incredibly inspirational blog. It is a short summary of her life with her husband and it is a tale I really, really want you all to read.

I read it and commented. It was really good! Especially for those who want to know what it takes to be married. Or for those who fantasize about their wedding day, rather than their marriage.
what you said about nicknames is true. I have many, and never use them. the only reason why I added this particular nickname in my post is because it has a certain significance behind it that defines a lot of who I am. maybe it somewhat classifies me into a category but not necessarily in a bad way. it's just one of those things that I can never forget.

You know I have considered writing about my life--but I dont think I have the writing skills or more so, the ability to write in a way that would draw readers. I have so much more to my life--my childhood was pretty wild to.
I just feel so much of what i've lived should be able to help because when you actually walk thru the fires--and come out-who better to know?

I think writing in a natural tone yields its rewards. If you write it too scientifically you will lose your target audience. If you write it like you do, a caring mother and wife, then people may relate to it.
If you sound like a Doctor or Therapist people will brush it off so there is something to be said about the naturalistic writing we bloggers do.
Oh, I totally agree with you about SUV owners. I think the same with people who own gas guzzling hummers. They burn all that gas just for four wheeling, spending hundreds of dollars and resources, and polluting the air for "fun".
This was a great read indeed. Like I said in my comment on Dawnie's blog, we need more people like her in this world. People who respect the concept of marriage like she does.
