Blurb: Space Porn

According to Gizmodo (pronounced ghiz not jizz) someone offered Virgin Atlantic 1 million dollars for the right to film the first porn in space on one of their flights.

Gizmodo is a website that posts mostly about electronics and technology so don't think I was searching for anything funky like this.

Virgin Atlantic turned the offer down. Anyone else think that is ironic?

Each individual ticket is $200,000 so I am assuming there are at least four people included on that trip and that's already $800,000. I think Virgin Atlantic did the right think by not letting them smear their good name all over the bathroom walls for a mear $200,000.

If they would have filmed it, it would have made some astronauts very happy to watch. I wonder if they'd enjoy it in slow mo :)

HA! "Virgin" turned down the offer for a porno. If they really did shoot that film up there, I'd NEVER look at the space the same again. Whenever I'd look up at the night sky, I'd remember a couple having their intimate moment. Not a good thing.

And a cool layout indeed! You are looking forward to Halloween, can I ask what it is about this occasion that you are excited about?

>Iris: Considering that the astronauts have to watch their heart rates this may have been a bad thing. They would run out of oxygen. There is something really disturbing about slow-mo space spunk. X(

Images of that Home Simpson space episode. ARRRGH XP

>Farhan: CANDY! And the creepy music with foggers and black lights. I just like the whole environment. Mazes and scary movies. Its fun.

Oh my word, I wonder what Branson had to say about that?? Also wonder if they were bothering with a plot...

Thanks for that.

As long as he wasn't starring in it then we're safe...

I'd have loved to see how quickly THAT ONE got on YouTube!

I would have never been able to look at the sky & stars the same again without a chuckle! LOL

BTQ the new layout is so awesome! Seems to fit you! :0)

>Adam: Plot? Do they EVER bother with a plot? Besides, I think most people would be more interested in the awkward mechanics of it all. I think it would be more of a comedic tumbling of appendages much more than an erotic tale.

>Christina: On YouTube, the remakes would be classic! Throw in a little thrash metal or some circus music and DONE!

>Nana: Call me morbid but sometimes I wonder. You know those astronauts are human too and some of them have been revealed to be pretty freaky. Who was the first? My bets are on Russia. Why wouldn't they tell? It would be in the history books...infamously.

What's got my mind boggled is that a cheesy space porn would make enough money that spending 800K just on a location is feasible!

>Sarah: What boggles my mind is that porn makes ANY money at all! It's all available on the internet for free. I mean... who would pay for it? People without computers? If they can't afford a computer... how can they afford much porn? It can't possibly be AD supported. I can see the commercials now.

Trojans: The ONLY prophylactic used by Astronauts. Gotta catch em all!
