First Mars Bars, Now Mars Water?

But this genuine Mars Water will probably need a lot more filtering than your standard tap. Yes even you with the orange spew you call bathwater.

Why is this important? Water is one of the most important ingredients for life as we know it. If that white stuff in the picture IS ice, then it is possible that at one point in time life, in the form of simple bacteria, could have evolved.

...and IF that proves true than chances are EXTREMELY high that life may have evolved elsewhere in the universe.

What a coincidence! I was looking at those pictures on the NASA website not even ten minutes ago. lol.

Surely, there must be life somewhere other than Earth. There are billions of stars in our galaxy alone and there are billions of galaxies out there. Thats a lot of stars. And a lot of them probably have planets orbiting them. It is very hard for me to believe that none of those extrasolar planets have any kind of life on them.

have you heard of the theory; that other life does exist, we just can't see them with the human eye because they exist on a different frequency?

i'm almost certain other lifeforms exist. it would be kind of egocentric to think otherwise.

I like to think that way. It makes me feel good and not so..."lonely." Not lonely in the personal sense but galactic sense.

Could it be wishful thinking though? Life has to appear somewhere first does it not? Look at how perfectly in-tune things were here on our planet. From the bright, spherical nature of the moon, to the variety of compounds and temperatures here on Earth. Just seems too...perfect.

It is rare when you look at how bland and plain all the other planets in our solar system are.

Chances are high, but that's no guarantee by any means.
