So I'm sitting here with the wife, reclined and relaxing, glad to be home and warm. She and I are having a nonsense discussion just to pass the time. We thought you all could join in the fun.
I remember being a kid and knowing what it was like to not know how to "match"
colors with clothes. You know, black goes with everything and such...
So we started trying to remember what it was like to be color blind and think of the ugliest possible color combinations. So far we had olive green with pink and purple
with brown.
Any nominee's?

Olive green w/ pink, purple and brown somehow reminds me of the 80's.
I would have to say a fuchsia shirt w/ yellow baby poop polka dots paired w/ a camo skirt and striped leggings. Sounds pretty awful to me.
Mustard yellow and mauve
ew
when i was a kid you would never wear orange and red together, or white after labour day for that matter. how things have changed.
It matters? Uh Oh...
I dont recall doing anything like but I do remember always, always hearing, purple and orange dont mix..dont know why that sticks in my head.
Colors that do not match huh? Well, not too sure but would say that white does match everything! LOL
As to not matching it would be purple & yellow in my book! YUK, just sticks out like a sore thumb!
>Monique: Yeah, the 80's were a travesty for style.
>Marcy: Mustard anything! Even mustard mustard! X(
>BSTS: Yeah, now it looks like kids just wear dirt.
>Douglas: Not really, but I find myself "feeling" or noticing that certain colors don't match and I was wondering where that came from. Any other creature on this planet wouldn't have that "sense."
>Dawnie: I have a purple mouse pad and near my desk I have a jar of orange Chex Mix...it doesn't look that bad together. I wouldn't wear it but it has a nice blend like a great sunset.
>Nana: Not a Laker fan eh? I'm not a sports fan at all but when I was very young I remember playing with my building blocks and liking the way my purple and yellow cylinder blocks used to go well together.
Although red and green are reminders of Christmas, they really are a terrible color combo when you think about it.
